The Dancing Pen

So the things of late have been, well, busy! Choir, dance, drivers manual study, more dance, baby sitting, etc.

One of the activities we did last week was a mini Iron Chef Comp. The secret ingredient was apples. Gideon made Apple hash (fried apples and potato's) and I made an apple pasta salad.

We did it again on Sunday. This time the secret ingredient was Rice. I made a Rice soup and put it in a bread bowl. And Gideon made Sushi. We are planing on doing it every Sunday.

We went to contra dance and sadly it was the last one until we get back from our trip.

Oh, and we went though the Hay Maze. Yay!

We had an early Thanks Giving party with our friends and ad SO much fun! We played Dutch Blitz and Picture This.

We'll be leaving for our trip in 13 days! It seemed like forever and now it's here!
