Yesterday was our last Mini Iron Chef Comp. here.

The secret ingredient was Crackers.

Gideon made a Peanut Butter & Cracker Pan Cake. Yummy but a little hard to swallow. His score was:

Flavor = 3

Creativity = 3

Presentation = 3

With an over all score of 9.

I made a Chocolate Cracker Appetizer. Really yummy but The judges said I should have Incorporated more Cracker. My Score was:

Flavor = 4

Creativity = 3

Presentation = 4

With an over all score of 11.

So Totaling the cores of the past four weeks Gideons Over All Score was:

Flavor = 15 OA (over all)

Creativity = 12 OA

Presentation = 14 OA

Over All Score = 41

And totaling my Score from the past four weeks:

Flavor = 15 OA

Creativity = 13 OA

Presentation = 16 OA

Over All Score = 44

It was fun. Maybe next time the Challenger will win and we will have another new Mini Iron Chef...
