The fabric, for the main part of the dress, would be soft almost silky but heavy. For the dots the fabric would be really thin and light. The see-through part of the sleeves would be, well, flowing and see through.
The colors would be as shown.
My inspiration for the dress was that, there are lady's out there who like color and style but not a whole lot going on. They like plain things but with some flair. So in this design I Incorporated a simple dress but with bright color for flair.
